At BikeLord, we want you to get a bike that you love, in the easiest and most convenient way possible. You may return the bicycle within 7 business days of the time of delivery for any reason. The bike must be unused and in the same condition it was in at the time of shipment. BikeLord does not cover any return shipment expenses. Please contact us if you have any questions!
