At BikeLord, we want you to get a bike that you love, in the easiest and most convenient way possible. For local deliveries, if at the time of delivery your bike does not fit, you can reject the bike for a full refund. You must be present for the BikeLord delivery time, which you agree to either through BikeLord's scheduling link or customer service.
If you are purchasing a bicycle that requires shipment, you may return the bicycle within 7 business days of the time of delivery for any reason. The bike must be in the same condition it was in at the time of shipment. BikeLord does not cover any return shipment expenses. Please contact us if you have any questions!
