I bought a bike - what happens now?

Thanks for your purchase! BikeLord has sent a confirmation email to the email address you gave at the time of purchase, which includes a link where you can choose your preferred time of delivery. You must be present during the 30-minute delivery window. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam folder, as it may have ended up there.

How does BikeLord delivery work?

Upon ordering, you will receive a link, in which you simply indicate your preferred time of delivery by clicking on the time that works for you.

How long does delivery take?

BikeLord is a local bike marketplace, and thus local delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders that require shipment will ship via UPS or Fedex, and typically arrive within 5-9 business days from the time of purchase.

Can I have a bike shipped to me?

BikeLord delivery is available throughout the continental United States (excluding Alaska).

How much does delivery cost?

Cost of delivery is assessed at the time of checkout, and is as follows:

  • Local Delivery (8 mile vicinity): $19.99
  • Semi-Local Delivery (15 mile vicinity): $34.99
New York
  • Local Delivery (8 mile vicinity): $19.99
  • Semi-Local Delivery (15 mile vicinity): $34.99
United States
  • The rest of the United States: $49.99

Is it safe to use my credit card?

BikeLord uses Stripe, a major, secure credit card processor to process all transactions safely, securely and instantly. BikeLord does not store any credit card information, so your information will be secure and cannot be stolen from our servers.

How do sellers get paid?

After BikeLord confirms that the buyer has received the bicycle, the funds will be securely released to the seller.
