At BikeLord, we want you to get a bike that you love, in the easiest and most convenient way possible. For local deliveries, if at the time of delivery your bike does not fit your height, you may immediately reject the bike for a full refund or store credit. If you accept the bike at the time of delivery, we allow you to return the bike for a full refund up to 7 days after delivery for any mechanical issues that you experience with your bike during that time. You must be present for the BikeLord delivery time, which you agree to either through BikeLord's scheduling link or customer service. No-shows buyers will be charged a $20 convenience fee.
If you experience mechanical issues with your bike within the 7 days after it is delivered, please send photographs to the BikeLord email address in which you scheduled your preferred time of delivery. We will then allow you to schedule a 30 minute pick-up window, similar to the 30 minute delivery window you schedule after ordering a bike. You must be present at the time of pickup, when we will come to pick up your bike. Your refund will be issued upon pick up of the bike. Please note, our guarantee does not apply to any minor issues such as tire puncture, chain breakage, etc., which will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you are purchasing a bicycle that requires shipment, you may return the bicycle within 7 business days of the time of delivery for any reason. The bike must be in the same condition it was in at the time of shipment. BikeLord does not cover any return shipment expenses. Please contact us if you have any questions!
